Problem:
The hospital’s donor vendor was unreliable and the facility was losing its donor market share.
The current vendor was closing its business. The level of work, while adequate, was not providing enough information to expand the demographics of donor information. The client needed a reliable donor processing partner with a long record of business stability and proven references and systems. The ability to capture more information from donor pledges and the ability to provide images to increase customer service and reduce storage requirements.
ILM Solution:
ILM’s document capture and processing facility now receives pledges from national offices and provides additional key fields and imaging services.
Results:
The client is able to focus on other core business functions without worrying about the stability of its donor processing. Reduced storage requirements, increased customer service for exception processing by using provided images, and increased donor demographics to help with marketing.
