SOC 2 Type 2 Certified System and Organization Controls (SOC) Report
Developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the SOC 2 Type 2 is a security compliance framework.
A SOC examination is a report on controls at a service organization relevant to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, or privacy. SOC reports are intended to meet the needs of a broad range of users that need detailed information and assurance about the controls at a service organization relevant to security, availability, and processing integrity of the systems the service organization uses to process users’ data and the confidentiality and privacy of the information processed by these systems.
ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
Since 2014, ILM has achieved and maintained its ISO Certification recognizing our Quality Management System. Continual improvements is one of the many benefits as it requires ongoing review and updating of our documentation and progressive auditing of existing processes. At the end of each year, we undergo a third party audit to review, challenge and provide valuable feedback on how we can continue to improve our quality systems and performance.
HIPAA Compliant
Without a formal certification for HIPAA compliance, it’s left up to each organization to self-certify. Baked into our SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 9001:2015 Certifications is a formal and third party audited training program for all ILM employees. These audits also include the necessary security protocols.
